When making transgenic flies using the PhiC31 system, transgene can be inserted into different locations in the chromosome. Here are some common landing sites.

Here’s a list of landing site flies that BestGene already owns. WellGenetics also has the common ones, such as attP40 and attP2, but you might need to ship them a stock of landing site flies if you’re trying out a less common site.
Here’s a spreadsheet of basically all the attP landing sites commonly available, including their chromosomal location and sequence location (useful for making recombinants) as well as the associated BDSC stock numbers.
